Homemade

— Aaron

When a restaurant claims something is “homemade”, how does that work? Aren’t those foods really “restaurant-made”? Or do the restaurant owners/chefs actually prepare that item in their own personal homes, and then take it to their restaurant?

Perhaps they live in the restaurant? So anything they make there is technically “homemade”, since the restaurant is their home? How sad, living in a restaurant…
